Terms

AiAD — the website at aiad.ai and the AiAD software — is run by KENAN GROUP LTD, 28 Sarid Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6817926, Israel (“the studio”). By using it you agree to these terms.
Your account
An account is for one person. Keep your email and your sign-in provider secure; what is done through your account is yours. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or other people.
Sales
Nothing is sold on AiAD today. When a seat of the software is offered, its price and terms are set out in writing before anyone pays.
Paid plans are not open yet. When they open, their prices are shown before anyone pays. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial: cancel before the fourteenth day and nothing is charged. Once you pay, you can cancel at any time, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
If AiAD is not right for you, write to aiad@aiad.ai within 14 days of any payment and it is refunded in full, for any reason.
The studio's designs, and yours
- The studio's works, their designs and their files belong to Gilad Kenan and KENAN GROUP LTD. Blueprint packages of the studio's works are available only through a written reseller or partner agreement.
- What you imagine, upload or describe remains yours. You let us process it only to provide the service to you — to measure, draw and keep it for you.
AiAD coins
AiAD coins are credits for features of the service. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money, and may change in what they buy; coins granted for free carry no value outside the service.
Fair use
Do not attack or overload the service, do not try to reach other people's data, and do not use AiAD to make anything unlawful.
Responsibility
The service is provided with care but without a promise that it is free of errors. Measurements and unfoldings are aids to fabrication, to be confirmed before cutting. To the extent the law allows, the studio's responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the feature concerned.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction.
